	Please bring open toed shoes with you to any pedicure appointment.
	It is recommended that you thoroughly hydrate before and after any massage treatment or body wrap.
	Saunas, Steam Rooms, Swimming Pools, Spas, Strongly Scented Products and Sun Bathing or the Sunbed should be avoided for 24hrs after waxing. It is recommended that you exfoliate regularly to keep your skin looking and feeling healthy.

	Exfoliate the day before a spray tanning treatment and avoid strenuous exercise or showering for 8 – 10 hours after your spray.
	It is advisable to wear loose clothing after a spray tan.
	A patch test is required at least 24 hrs before any tinting appointment.
	Cheques will only be accepted with a valid guarantee card.
	Payment can be made with credit or debit cards.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheque or card payment for transactions of less than £10.  American Express is not accepted.
